He is survived by: his children, Leslie K Whitby (Jim) of Philadelphia, PA, Jason Mintz (Kristi) of Vancouver, BC and Adam Mintz of Toronto, ON.; and his grandchildren, Connor, Allison Whitby of Philadelphia and Riley Mintz of Vancouver.
