He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jan, Wanda Rafalko, Helena and Kazimierz Wasilewski; his aunt Janina Serwin; and his uncles, Jaroslaw Rafalko and Jan Wasilewski.
He is survived by: his parents, Jozef and Elżbieta; his wife Cortney; his son Damian; his stepsons, Jacob and Rainn (family: Ania, Ewelina, Daniel, Magdalena Marzena, Andrzej, Tymek Renata, Robert, Julia, Dominik, Paweł, Jacek); his aunt Maria; his uncle Andrzej (Poland); and his nephew Alexander (Vancouver).
