He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Giovanni Grixti and Carmela Grixti; his wife Antonia Grixti; and his children, Joseph (Mariola), William (late Nancy), Dorothy (late George), David (Lise) and Randy (Lisa). He was also cherished by father's sacrifices, a husband's faithfulness, and a grandfather.
