She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Schmidt and Gertrude Schmidt. She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Evangelista and Stephanie Adamason (Josh); her grandchildren, Nolan, Luke, Charlotte and Cole; and her brother Tommy Schmidt (Shelda). She is also survived by her grandchildren especially her granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, Connie loved animals, she believed every animal deserved the best life, a donation to any local animal shelter would surely make her smile!
