She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Emilio; her daughter Franca; and her sibling Italia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home (211 Langstaff Rd E, Thornhill, ON L3T3Z6). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Donations in honour of Costantina can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
