Gerry is survived by: spouse Bella; children-in-law, Cecilia Stark, Philip Stark, Selwyn Katzenberg, Vivian Ungar, Daryl Katzenberg, Randi Solomon, Shawn Katzenberg and Samantha Smeaton; brother Sybil Chatlin; and grandchildren, Darren, Candice, Zack, Justin, Alicia, Sophie, Isabel, Georgia, Isaiah, Eli and Luka.
