He was predeceased by : his former life partner Eva; his wife Leila Luttinen; his son Christopher Kruyf; and his sister Dien van of Kwast. He is survived by : his children, Sherrie Fournier (Karl) and Rick (Rachel); his grandchildren, Britta, Ashley, Teo, Mackenzie and Gracie; and his great grandchildren, Sören and Malaika.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Hank Kruyf's memory to the Alzheimer's Society or the charity of your choice.
