He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Bruton; and his siblings, Gladys Nelosn and Clifford Nelson. He is survived by: his sister Vera Dickson (late Frank) of Thornhill; his sibling's children, John Dickson (Lella) of Woodbridge, Karen Dickson of Toronto and Janice Walker (Jim) of Markham; his great-nephew Lawrence Chesson; his great-nieces, Alessia and Julia Dickson; Scott and Mitchell Walker.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Paul the Apostle R. C. Church (4 Reid St, Lakefield, ON K0L2H0).
