He was predeceased by: his child Mark (Deborah). He is survived by: his spouse Joyce; his child Warren (Traci); his grandchildren, Taylor, Jefferson, Lindsay and Erin; and his brother-in-law Richard Blackman. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
