With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Pirkko Liisa Matanovic (Thornhill, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 25, 2026 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Pirkko shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Pirkko farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sons, Andrew and Scot; and her husband David Matanovic.
