He was predeceased by: his parents, Doug Freeman and Ruth Freeman (Rand); his sister Shelley Freeman; and his friend Charlie Matheson. He is survived by: his significant other Natalia; his stepchildren, Julia (Johnny) and Eugene (Drue); his brothers, Michael (Angie) and Deryk (Juleanna); his nieces and nephews, Victoria, Rebecca, Travis and Mohammad; his grandson Nathan; and his great-niece Luna.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the P & K MacDonald Funeral Home (536 Merigomish Rd, New Glasgow, NS B2H5E3). A committal service will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 4:45 PM at the Heatherdale Memorial Gardens (419 Alma Rd, Westville, NS B0K2A0).
