He is survived by: his spouse Lesley Stevens; his children, Amanda Stevens, Kenneth Schram (Joanne) and Dakota Stevens; his grandson Ethan; and his siblings, David Stevens (Karen), Robert Brost (Tammy), Carrie Millman (Dennis), Lori Mackenzie (Robert) and Leanne Standryk (Bruce Macdonald). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pleasantview Funeral Home (2000 Merrittville Hwy., Thorold, ON L0S1E6). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Al's memory to the Walker Family Cancer Center.
