She was predeceased by: her parents, Agripina Francisco and Aurelio Hipolito; her husband Gary Edward Garland; and her son Fabilito. She is survived by: her adoptive son Fr Dominick Mbah.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 5th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Pleasantview Funeral Home (2000 Merrittville Hwy., Thorold L0S1E6). A prayer was held on Thursday, February 5th 2026 at 7:30 PM at the Pleasantview Funeral Home (2250 RR 20, Fonthill, ON L0S1E6). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Parish Community of St. Kevin (303 Niagara St, Welland, ON L3C1K5).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Missionaries of St Paul Inc.
