She was predeceased by: her husband Ricky Glen MacDonald; and her parents, Elizabeth (Daniel Illes) and Shasta (Trixie). She is survived by: her children, Lauren and Andrew (Erin); her little joys, Malcolm, Carson and Vera; and her siblings, Kimble and Charlene Illes.

If desired, donations in honor of Brenda's memory may be made to Hospice Niagara or the Canadian Cancer Society.
