He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his sisters, Susan Willems (Henk) and Iris; and his father Alfred Stephen Swan. He is survived by: his children, Sylvia Fannon (Thomas), Bradley Swan (Tracey) and Teresa Galbraith (Thomas); his grandchildren, Matthew Swan (Lauren), Isabella, Sophia, John Paul and Mario Galbraith; and his great grandchildren, Jack and Austin. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
