She was predeceased by: her husband Jack. She is survived by: her children, Conny Clay (Michael), Marianne Rowan (Kevin), Trudy Constant (Chris) and Jack Van Doezelaar (Ilona); and her grandchildren, Michael (Elsie), Stephanie (Alan), Steve (YuSun), Beverly (Torey), Erin (Ryan), Jordin (Nancy), Lee-Ann and Justin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Dianne's memory may be made to Hotel Dieu Shaver Rehabilitation Centre.
