He is survived by: his sons, Anthony (Tracy), Nicholas and Daniel; his grandchildren, Steven, Amy, Kristina, Jordyn, Destinee and Abigail; his great grandchildren, Gracie, Tyden and Zaydin; and his mother Josephine D'Ammizio. He is also survived by his many cousins, extended family and friends.
