He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his children, Richard Swayze (Bonnie) and Janette Renneboog (Ron); his grandchildren, Nick Swayze, Ron Smith, Jess Renneboog and Shawna Swayze; and his great grandchildren, Arya, Silas, Yuna and Noah.
