He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexis Gavard and Hazel Gavard; and his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his children, Mark (Carol), Debra (Lloyd), Dean (Marilyn) and Kimberly (Jim); his wife Theresa; and his sister Marylue Moore.
