He is survived by: his wife Carolann Wichmann; his children, Matthew Wichmann (Andrea) and Jessica Wichmann (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Alexis and Delilah Wichmann; his brother Harry Wichmann (Catherine); and his sister-in-law Sandra Venneri (Mario). He is also survived by nephews and twelve great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Ed's memory can be made to Hospice Wellington or the Humane Society, causes close to his heart.
