He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Leigh Cove and George William Stevens; his wife Lois Frayne; his pet Lisa; and his brothers, Darcy (Noreen) and Donald (Olga).
He is survived by: his daughters, Dianne Payne (Gary) of Bright, ON, Denise Rasmussen (Jarle) of Fonthill, ON and Lori Anne Szivy (Michael) of Vaudreuil-Sur; his grandchildren, J'Neanne Kent (Joel) of Woodstock, ON, Nicole Gilliard (Aaron) of Ingersoll, ON, Suzanne Rasmussen of Ottawa, ON, Daniel Rasmussen of Ottawa, ON, Alexander Szivy of Vaughan, ON and Jennifer Szivy; and his great grandchildren, Evan, Graydon, Aaron Kent, Kayseryn Littlejohns, Rhea Gilliard and Hunter Rasmussen.
Donations can be made to a charity of your choice or to Project Share, Niagara Falls where Ted had volunteered and partnered several years ago with a retired Niagara Regional Police officer.
