He was predeceased by: his grandson Michael; and his sisters, Kay and Yvonne. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Jackie (Ron) and Duane (Marg); his grandchildren, Megan (P. J.) and Bradley; his great grandchildren, Mason, Abel and Kallie; his siblings, Bob and Helen of Hamilton; and his sister-in-law Mary of St. Catharines. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Memorial donations to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada will be appreciated by his family.
