It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Giuseppe Serravalle (Thorold, Ontario), who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Giuseppe Serravalle to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Chiarina; his parents, Chiarina Serravalle and Francesco Serravalle; his in-laws, Luigi and Marietta Venneri; his siblings, Maria (Ottavio) and Peter (Lina); and his siblings-in-law, Helen (Peter), Assunta (Armando), Cesare "John" and Frank.
He is survived by: his children, Irene Yurkewich (Morris) and Fran Lang (Fred); his grandchildren, Kelly Liddell (Erik), Josh (Taylor) and Cameron (Aurora); and his siblings-in-law, Emma (late Frank) and Ugo (Rosemary).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bocchinfuso Funeral Home (2 Regent St, Thorold, ON L2V1T1). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church (21 Queen St S, Thorold, ON L2V3M7). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Pleasantview Memorial Gardens (2250 RR 20, Fonthill, ON L0S1E6).
