She was predeceased by: her spouse Vincenzo; and her sibling Gina. She is survived by: her children, Patricia D'Addazio, Sandra Spano (Pat) and Robert D'Addazio (Maida); her grandchildren, Ryan, Michael, Christopher (Stephanie), David, Stephen (Katie Green), Kobe, Robbie and Jake; her great grandchildren, Blake and Hannah; and her siblings, Emma Frasca (late Fred) and Enzo Cerasolo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
