It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Irene Basso (Thorold, Ontario), who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Grace Irene Basso to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Ed; her son John; her son-in-law James Lamothe; her grandchildren, Suzanne (Alan), Austin (Autumn), Robert (Kacie) and Jenna (Rob); her great grandchildren, Hailie, Owen, Lucas, Madison, Simon, Sadie, Malachi, Avery, Ember, Kaydance, Camron, Edison, Tesla and Ezra; her brothers, Don (Arla), Ernie (Anne) and Wilf (Sharon); and her parents, Robert McFadzen and Gladys McFadzen.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Graces's memory may be made to Alzheimer Society Niagara Region.
