He was predeceased by: his brother Gerald Gillard. He is survived by: his wife Joan (Nutter); his sons, Stephen Gillard (Jennifer) and Lorne Gillard (Shelley); and his siblings, Enid (late Berry Warner), Hursel Gillard (Sheila), David Gillard (Anderine) and Jacqueline Notarfranco (late Robert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
