Jack Vegter Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Jack Vegter (Thorold, Ontario) is shared. Jack, born on July 4, 1935, passed away on July 23, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Jack will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honour Jack by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Jack is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Jack’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hendrik Vegter and Audrey Vegter. He is survived by: his children, Henry (Margaret) and Roselynn (Jason); and his sisters, Gail Pagee, Betty Langendoen and Tina Vahrmeyer (Thys). He is also survived by his three grandchildren; and his seven great-grandchildren.
