Jacob Voogt Obituary

He is survived by: his former wife Mary (Brian); his stepchildren, Dan (Jennifer), Nicoletta (Nello) and Nick (Brandie); his wife Sherry; his sisters, Anneke, Susan and Mary; Theresa, Virginia (Reg), Hugh (Sue), Elizabeth, Michelle (Rob) and Ed (Sharron). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and their children.
In lieu of flowers the family would request that you pour yourself a brew (what ever is your favourite kind), raise the glass in his memory and share it with those you love or consider a memorial donation to Parkinson Canada.
