John Wiens Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Wiens (Thorold, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 29, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Tara Dawn. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Stefan, Randy and Sherry; his grandchildren, Austin, Joshua and Tyrah; and his siblings, Herman, Walter, Tina, Helen, Erna, Aggy and Regina.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to the Church of the Rock in Winnipeg.

“Hi Judy, so sorry to hear about Johns passing, I was hoping to connect with you and john, so many years have passed, John was truly a great friend who i meet in grade 6 and hung out with until Grade 11 ,when we where in high school that's when John meet you, my last memory of when he was fixing an old pick up truck to go out west. Your friend John Verkerk”
