Lidia Labricciosa Obituary

With solemn reverence, we commemorate Lidia Labricciosa (Thorold, Ontario), whose life came to an end on February 4, 2026 at the age of 89, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisabetta Marrone and Donato Marrone; her stepmother Ida Marrone; her parents-in-law, Maria Giovanna and Nicola Labricciosa; her sisters, Anna (Tommaso) and Antonietta (Giuseppe); and her siblings-in-law, Santino (Emilia), Venanzio (Assunta), Antonio (Yolanda), Vito (Gabriella), Gabriele (Elena) and Maria (Umberto).

She is survived by: her husband Giuseppe; her children, Paula Albano (Barry), Antoniette Jansen (Graham) and Dan Labricciosa (Maggie); her grandchildren, Aaron, Lucas (Vanessa), Sarah (Luca), Julia (Ben) and Sofia; and her brother Zopito Marrone (Filomena). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.

Most recently, during the pandemic, Lidia found great pride in sewing countless Operating Room surgical caps for hospitals and knitted prayer shawls that would be distributed to elderly and ailing members of the St. Joseph Parish in Grimsby.
