She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Weatherhead and Myrtle Weatherhead; and her husband Gary Beckon. She is survived by: her children, Craig and Nancy; her grandchildren, Cameron, Morgan, Amanda and Shelby; her son-in-law Dr. Wallace Mitchell; and her caregiver Colleen.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM and from 3:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Pleasantview Memorial Gardens (2250 ON-20, Fonthill, ON L0S1E6).
