It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjory Gennings (Thorold, Ontario), who passed away on January 1, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Marjory departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Marjory. Though Marjory may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her boyfriend Larry Young; and her siblings, James (Elizabeth), George (Anne), William (Marion), Walter (Lynn) and Betty Pokol (Lou).
She is survived by: her sisters, MaryLou Gennings, Shirley Moote (Wayne) and Diane Durley (John); and her boyfriend's daughters, Carol (Rob), Patti (Tim) and Tammy. She is also survived by her sisters, many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, lifelong friends.
