She is survived by: her husband Murray Paul Mendella; her children, Kimberly Ann, Vanessa Lynn (Ken Cho) and Matthew Warren (Andrea Marin); her grandchildren, Vera, Nora and Bastian; and her siblings, Lillian Yakielashek (Tom), Wasyl Boyko (Elsie), Lena Hagen and Michael Boyko (Pat). She is also survived by nephews, extended family, and many dear friends.
