She was predeceased by: her husband Raffaele "Ralph"; her parents, Donato Ruta and Irena Ruta; her in-laws, Emilio and Carmela Paolone; her siblings-in-law, Domenic Paolone (Frediana), Ida D'Onofrio (Tony) and Maria Antonietta Paolone; Severino Ruta (Santolella), Vincenzo Ruta (Elsa), Vittorio Ruta (Maria), Antoinetta Marrone (Domenico), Achille Ruta, Carmela Ruta and Pietro Ruta (Antonietta).
She is survived by: her children, John (Gina), Mary (Myron) and Thomas (Sera); her grandchildren, Micaela, Arianna, Danielle and Stephanie; and her siblings-in-law, Peter Paolone (Maralyn) and Angelina Terriaca (Gerry).
