He was predeceased by: his parent Peter Kowal; and his sibling-in-law Barbara Foebel. He is survived by: his parent Anita Kowal; his spouse Beverly; his child Kassandra Kowal; and his siblings-in-law, Greg Stock and Peggy Stock. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
