He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Cloutier and Fleurette Cloutier; and his brother Hector. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Smalldon; his children, Tara (Dan), Shawn (Tasha), Crystal and Trevor (Julie); his grandchildren, Devin, Aaden, Cassidy, Alyssa, Cade and Emersyn; and his siblings, Jean Paul (Dawn), Laurier (Suzanne), Suzanne and Denise (Raymond). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
