It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Joseph Giroux (Thorold, Ontario), who passed away on October 8, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Brian Giroux; his parents, Stella Giroux and Telesphore Giroux; his parents-in-law, Hugh and Gladys Sibbett; and his siblings, Janet, Leona, Geraldine, Pauline, Sandra (Dolly) and Manny.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Randy Giroux (Cindy) and Pam Dufour (Ken); his grandchildren, Ryan Giroux (Shannon), Derick Giroux, Michael Dufour, Chris Dufour (Tabitha), Alyssa Giroux (Jesse), Kyle Giroux, Ashley Giroux (Jay), Carley Mueller and Kiera (Andrew); his sisters, Shirley Giroux and Lois Robillard; and his siblings-in-law, Allan Steers (late Frankie), Peter, Marsha Jackson, Glen Sibbett (Cathy), Cathy and Phil Stephenson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Ray's Life will be held at a later date due to the COVID -19 restrictions.
