She was predeceased by: her husband Leo; her parents, John Derkacz and Nell Derkacz; her parents-in-law, Nicodemo and Elizabeth Bruzzese; her sisters, Rosaline Ninacs (late Andy) and Delia Byrne (late Jack); her brother-in-law Frank Bruzzese (late Teresa); and her great grandchild Rosie Bugeja.
She is survived by: her children, Barry (Brenda), Rory (Nancy), Curt (Rina) and Jodi Conner (Kevin); her grandchildren, Trent, Travis (Kari), Kyle (Jimi), Conor (Shelby), Matthew, Caila Bugeja (Mick), Larissa Pychel (Justin), Ashley Hansell (Brock), Megan Conner (Garrett) and Stephanie Conner (Lucas); her great grandchildren, Sydney Mills (Tristan), Madison, Jaxson, Ayla, Brooklyn, Hayley, Kaiden, Evan, Cooper, Emilia, Olivia, Brett Pychel, Avery and Brinley Hansell; and her siblings-in-law, Jenny Chehowski (late Bill) and Philip Bruzzese (late Barbara).
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Hotel Dieu Shaver Foundation or the Niagara Health System - St. Catharines.
