He was predeceased by: his daughter Rafaela D'Elia; and his parents, John D'Elia and Raffaela D'Elia. He is survived by: his wife Connie D'Elia; his son John D'Elia (Erin); his sister Carmen MacLeod (late John MacLeod); his brother-in-law Mike DeLuca (Michelle); his mother-in-law Teresa DeLuca (Alex); his nieces and nephews, Jason (Kate), Sarah (Raf), Victoria (Joey), Alex and Sophia; and his pet Sam. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.

In memory of Robert, memorial donations to Hotel Dieu Shaver Health and Rehabilitation Centre would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
