He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Kozub (McCarthy); and his parents, Ruby Kozub and Joseph Kozub. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Bronn (Alex), Kimberly Gostick and Scott Kozub (Julie); and his grandchildren, MacKenzie Bronn (Kassidy), Hailey Bronn, Wilson Gostick and Jesse Gostick.
