She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Persia and Helen Persia; and her brothers, Rick and Phil. She is survived by: her children, Brian Weir (Shawnna) and Carrie Gosselin (Gary); and her siblings, Grace Derwinsky (Darryn) and Leo Persia (Michelle). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Donations in Sharon's memory to another hero, Adam, may be made to his mom Tanya Egerter for Adam's treatment.
