He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppina and Giuseppe; his siblings, Antonio, Vincenzo, Biagio, Giovanni, Lucia, Ines and Olga; his son-in-law Remo De Prophetis; and his sister-in-law Maria.
He is survived by: his wife Lucia; his children, Josephine De Prophetis and Paolo; his daughter-in-law Ruth Angrilli; his granddaughters, Julia, Sophia, Ava, Lucy and Leah; and his nephews, Stan, Anthony and Mauro Angrilli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Ugo's honour to either the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
