Violet Dimartile Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Dimartile (Thorold, Ontario), who passed away on November 1, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Victoria Szabo and Louis Szabo; and her brothers, Louis (Eileen), Emil (Isabel) and William Szabo (Helen).

She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Ventresca (late John) and Nancy DiMartile; her grandchildren, Jodi DiMattia (Rob), J. J. Hill and David Hill (Rachelle); her great grandchild Hunter Hill; her sister Helen Caughell (Robert); and her sisters-in-law, Lorraine Luciani and Eleanor Szabo. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial donations in honour of Violet may be made to Community Living Welland/Pelham for support and care of her grandson, J.J. Hill.
