He was predeceased by: his parents, Ortenzia Fata and Fiorenzo Fata; his mother-in-law Gina Ambrose; and his brother-in-law Dennis Grenier. He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, Enzo Fata (Summer), Stefanie Fata (Chris Collins) and Alyssa Jakubowski (Pat); his grandchildren, Owen Fata, Mason Fata-McCall and Mila Collins; his siblings, Joe Fata (Marlene), Isabella Lombardo (Vince), Palmira Racco (Vince) and Maurizia Arno (Mike); his father-in-law Luigi Ambrose; and his sisters-in-law, Libby Ambrose (John), Anna Grenier, Pina Cloidt (Peter), Joanna England and Julie Saunders (Jeff).
