She is survived by: her husband Scotty Miller; her children, Dawn Miller (Steve), John Whitehurst and Sherry; her grandchildren, Darryl and Brittany (Rannon); her son Paul Whitehurst; her grandson Danny (Malory); her children, Joshua (Amanda), Lauryn and Susan Grant; her sister Gwen Schmelzle; her sister-in-law Alice Barrett; her children, Cheri Whitehurst, Rob Grant, Blair, James, Charlie Avery, Taylor and Peter; and her cousin Morva Brown. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, friends may donate to the TBRHSC Northern Cancer Fund or The Humane Society of Thunder Bay.
