He was predeceased by: his parents, Juho Vuotari and Elli Vuotari; and his father-in-law Pentti Rintala. He is survived by: his wife Elsie; his sons, Allan (Kelly) of Sioux Lookout and Mark (Christine) of Ottawa; his mother-in-law Dolores Rintala; and his sister-in-law Karen Johnston (Lyle). He is also survived by son BJ (Mandy) and their children.
