She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Wilson (Nell) and Corby Wilson; her husband Tom; her brother Jack Wilson (Maureen); her son Bill Johnston (Janet); and also, Helen Hedge (Cyc), Cullum Johnston, Margie Lawson (Russ), Hazel Eaton (Don), Bessie Marshall (Bob) and Colleen Valliquette (George).

She is survived by: her stepson Robert; and her stepgrandchildren, Michael (Caroline) and Anna.
