Beverly Van Teeffelen, born on October 3, 1943, passed away on August 27, 2026. Beverly leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bart Van Teeffelen; her significant other Kenneth Wilson; her parents, Adelard DeGagne and Adele DeGagne; and her siblings, Margaret, Wayne, Al and Don.
She is survived by: her son Scott (Barbara); her grandsons, James (Kim) and Tanner (Emily); her great grandchildren, Skye, Lincoln, Max, Luna and Sullivan; and her siblings, Edward and Barbara (Carl). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and of course friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harbourview Funeral Centre (499 Cumberland St N, Thunder Bay, ON P7A4R9). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (3200 Oliver Rd, Thunder Bay, ON P7G1S9).
If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Beverly's memory to the Canadian Alzheimer's Society, or a charity of choice.
