He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his children, Lex, Addison and Jeremy Wieckowski; his granddaughter Luna; his mother Debbie; and his siblings, Sharon (Allen), Crystal (Henry), Jessica, Robbie (Robin) and Chad. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
