He is survived by: his children, Joseph Breiland, Elianne Button (Nick), Etienne Breiland, Lesly Breiland and Hannah Breiland (Jordan); his wife Liliane; his daughters, Bonnie, Heather and Dawn; and his grandchildren, Kaylie, Jacob, Joey, Sophia, Calvin and Luna.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 27th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Provincial Room of the Prince Arthur Waterfront Hotel (17 Cumberland St N, Thunder Bay, ON P7B2T1). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hilldale Lutheran Church (321 Hilldale Rd, Thunder Bay, ON P7G1Y7).
